Terms

Jobs by quotation require a 50% down payment at the onset of work. Special payment considerations can be made on a case by case basis. The remainder is payable on satisfactory completion of contracted tasks. A location fee and/or mileage will be charged to travel to client locations for acquisition of material or information.

All receipts are Net 10 Days unless arrangements are made otherwise. Make checks payable to Doug G. Pierson.

Designed and created web sites or pages and any documentation or graphical material Pierson Publishing creates and delivers to it's clients is considered a finished product. I will retain a copy on CD-ROM as a backup for your safety, but I do not claim ownership of the product. We retain the copyrights to the design and layout, however.

Continued maintenance of the any listed product or service can be purchased at negotiable rates. Service contract costs are dependant upon frequency of updates, the extent of the updates and how much material I create versus what you supply. One proof/approval cycle is included in project quotes. Errors on our part are fixed at no cost in the proofing and approval process.
